I’m John. For over 15 years I’ve been deep in startups — from early stage to two Unicorns. I spent five years as a freelancer and another five running my own agency, working with more than 130 clients across every size and industry.
I’ve been obsessed with AI since 1999. I studied Cognitive Science and was already trying to build intelligent systems back then. What excites me most is using these tools to actually build things — fast, together, in real life.
This camp comes from a personal place. I want to create environments where ambitious people can grow — especially parents who refuse to sacrifice either building something meaningful or giving their kids a genuinely good childhood.
The kids aren’t just “taken care of.” They’re part of it. They play and develop with other children from curious, driven families. That’s not a nice-to-have. That’s core to why I’m doing this.
We look for remote, high-quality beaches along the Mediterranean where we can work without being disturbed. The exact beach stays private — but we will always tell you the broader region before you commit (for example the east coast of Sardinia or similar spots).
Maximum 20 people. Carefully selected. This is not a big conference. It’s a focused environment where real work and real conversations happen.
Camp and crew are on-site. People join for a week or more after a real conversation. We take the selection seriously.
We keep the beaches private so we can actually focus and do the work without being disturbed. That’s the whole point.
